Meet Kyoshi
Kyoshi is the owner and head instructor of KPMA. Kyoshi Pon has over 4 decades of martial arts training in a multitude of disciplines. He holds his eighth-degree black belt in Goju Ryu, his third-degree black belt in Shotokan, his first-degree black belt in Shorei Ryu, a blue belt in Jui Jitsu, and certification as a Krav Maga instructor.
Kyoshi has a passion for teaching students of all ages and from all walks of life, and helping them to develop into well rounded martial artists.
the Kai
Martial Arts creates a bond that can last a lifetime. I would like to introduce my personal martial arts brothers, know as the Kai, or family. These individuals are world-class martial artists and great human beings. They have greatly impacted my martial arts career and I have the utmost respect for them. Throughout the years they have supported me, my school, and my students. They comprise the panel that adjudicates belt candidates in their testing.
